What We Can Do

     There was never any doubt when consideration for this project began that we would only chose the best coffee and the best local art. Our next question that we asked ourselves is how we could also help the residents of Ethiopia through ethical sourcing methods. According to Google, “Globally, more than 1,000 children under the age of five die every day from diseases caused by unsafe drinking water, poor sanitation, and inadequate hygiene. We find this situation to be unacceptable at Posh Underground, and we are dedicated to changing it. This is an ambitious goal, but we know that with every batch of beans and every fresh cup we sell, we can surely make a difference. We offer not just luxurious coffee indulgence in a tech-savvy and beautiful atmosphere, but also a way for everyone who cares about ethical sourcing to contribute to our dream of providing clean drinking water to the residents of Ethiopia.  We proudly partner with Project Waterfall to make this happen.
